Customer Service Rep

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. As a Customer Service Rep you will answer phones, schedule appointments and manage payments. This position includes 2 days in our Eagle office and 2 days in our Edwards location.   

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to ensure their needs are understood and addressed.
  • Document all interactions with customers accurately in our database.
  • Provide information about products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service processes.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, working towards resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Proficient typing skills with the ability to input data accurately into computer systems.
  • Experience in client services or customer service roles
  • Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

We offer a 4 day per week schedule with no evenings or weekends
