We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. As a Customer Service Rep you will answer phones, schedule appointments and manage payments. This position includes 2 days in our Eagle office and 2 days in our Edwards location.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to ensure their needs are understood and addressed.
- Document all interactions with customers accurately in our database.
- Provide information about products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service processes.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, working towards resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficient typing skills with the ability to input data accurately into computer systems.
- Experience in client services or customer service roles
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
